Return information

Are you dissatisfied with a product or does it not fit as expected and would like to return it? No problem! You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return the item to us.

Please ensure that the items you wish to return are in perfect condition and without any signs of wear. Do not remove any tags, as otherwise we cannot accept the items back.

Important note: Dirty or worn clothing and items without tags are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Special policy for thermos flasks: For hygiene reasons, thermos flasks can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective or have been damaged in transit. Otherwise, they are non-returnable after the 14-day return period.

Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You can easily return your items to us – free of charge.

Please note that the refund may take 5-10 business days.

To initiate a return, log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section. Select the specific order, and you'll find an option to start the return process directly on the order page.
